This is a three-day, intensive programme that includes:

• a shared audit of the current business
• open discussion of the possibilities & challenges facing the organisation
• reflection of the consequent implications for the competencies needed to deliver in this context.

Classroom sessions are dynamic & highly participative & augmented by customised, practical outdoor learning.  There is also the opportunity for psychometric feedback and individual coaching.
